Internet Marketing is an incredible journey for those who get on track and take the proper actions to provide value and attain results online. One of the best things is that those two things are always in direct proportion to one another. The more value you are able to provide your chosen market the better your results will be.
The purpose of this blog is to share insights, strategies, and tools that can shorten your learning curve and boost your online results.
Prior to jumping into specific strategies and techniques to online success, let me share with you what I consider to be the foundation to online success.
To succeed in the Internet Marketing arena you must have the proper success mindset.
Top performers expect success. There is an inner belief that they are someone who can and will provide extreme value and will not stop until that mission is accomplished, even if that means persevering through numerous ‘failed attempts’ at doing so.
It is my belief that until you are properly aligned within yourself, none of the strategies or techniques you try to apply on the outside will work with much or any success.
Before you go thinking, “Oh great, now Tom is going to send me off to a Zen camp for years before I can reach any success?!?!” let me clarify that statement a bit with two quotes from two good friends of mine.
“You don’t have to get it right, you just have to get it going.” – Mike Litman
“Money loves speed!” – Joe Vitale
You see, success in Internet Marketing is like a dance between massive, consistent, and persistent action combined with gaining clarity on what you want and what you don’t want in your business and in your life, and learning how to properly implement strategies online. One without the other would be incomplete.
My recommendation as a 1st step regardless of what level of success you have attained at this point is to reflect on getting crystal clear on what you really want in your life and in your business.
In other words: If the world was your buffet, what would you choose to have on your plate?
Here’s the real kicker. Look around at everything in your life currently. THAT IS what you have chosen up until this time and in 5 years you will have in your life the things you begin to choose in your mind now.
To start off I would recommend you read this book, “Money and The Law of Attraction: How to Attract Wealth, Health & Happiness” by Esther & Jerry Hicks.
If you’re serious about truly being, doing, and having everything in your life that you could desire, a next step would be to locate someone you resonated with that you felt could assist you and hold you accountable.
Yep, a coach. That was a turning point in my life on several occasions which helped me reach new heights and if you’re able to locate the right one, I’m sure it would be the same for you. May touch more on this in future posts.

Hi Tom…
I think your new blog is a great idea. Just this afternoon
we ordered the book from Jerry and Ester Hicks.
As folks tell us…. if we keep doing the same thing day after
day…. we’ll keep getting the same results.
Keep up the good work..
God bless….
Don Monteith
Tom,
Really like your thoughts on having clarity. That is something I am struggling with. I know the skills, techniques and business models, but I just never seemed to get anything rolling.
I liked your point about not having to have the entire vision thing ready before getting started. It seems that is what I have been doing. So I will start now and just get doing.
Thanks a ton.
Kevin
P.S. Would like to see posts on mind set and how to develop the drive to succeed.
Hi Tom,
I am of the ‘just get things going school’…
I’d rather test and fail quickly than plan for ages and then fail slowly…
Regards,
Karl
Thanks for your post,
Especially thanks for sharing the quote from Mike Litman, because since I did have a little ‘Situation’ with one of my Blogspots, (the Writing Blogspot) because my somehow on this Blogspot a lot of my ‘Webdesign’ and ‘Service-links’ disappeared and some how I don’t seem to be able to restore my back-up.
Anyway,
I have a few other Blogspot’s
and I am just get it going.
Although currently not at a very fast pace
because I am going on vacation
and besides my posts usually are
extremely ‘Exclusive!’
All the Best,
To your Happy Inspiration,

P.S. For my Writing Blogspot I could use some new ideas, so my question what are your favorite places on the Internet where you can find your Writing Assignments, or what are your favorite places to send your Short Stories to, or what are your favorite places to find Writing Competitions? Or if you have other ideas about what you would like to see on a Writing Blogspot I would appriciate your feedback.
(I might reward you with a FREE copy of the little ebook you can find at: http://www.lulu.com/hpvanduuren)
Great start to your new blog, Tom – congrats!
The best advice I’ve heard for newbies starting out is aim to make $1 online – once you’ve done that, aim to do it once more. While that may seem simplistic, the former shows you CAN make money online, while the latter shows you can do it over and over again. While the dollar-value may be low, those two quick lessons help to remove some of the subconcious limitations people place on themselves unknowingly…
Keep up the great work – looking forward to a lot of enjoyable and profitable hours reading your new blog!
Appreciate your feedback! Here’s some responses to your comments.
1) You’re right Don! Nothing changes until you choose to make a change.
2) Kevin, I’ve always found that the “what” is more important than the “how.” As far as mindset, have you seen my live Success Magnet presentation yet? If not, you can see it here: http://tombeal.weebly.com (just posted it there after I read your comment).
3) Like the way you put that Karl! Failing forward fast is the best route to take.
4) HP, glad that Mike Litman quote was helpful. It sure has been for me, too.
5) How true, Doug. The biggest moment in anyones online journey to success is that very first dollar. It proves to them that this can be true for them, and now it’s just a matter of repeating and fine tuning that process/system. From the 1st dollar to 1st thousands can be quite fast in many cases.

Hi, Tom,
I am Vincent Kong Yee Onn your friend on “facebook’,
I certainly appreciated what you have written about
mindset thing. I am absolutely agree with you before anyone
wants to start an online business must get the mindset right, and
not only on business matter, but on any work or undertaking we want
to do. Without the right mindset one can’t be successful on
anything we try to do. And it is also very important that we are clear about the things we want to get the price cheap. And this
is the one thing most online marketers missed, therefore they are
not successful in their online business. And for your information I have just start blogging would like to earn some
money on blogging. Will you help me ? Thanks
Regards,
Kong
Looking forward to more on your new blog Tom.
Share away! I think you have alot to offer.
I have a question for you…
Why is it so hard to transfer my good work habits
from my “regular job” to my online biz needs?
Signed, “Another” Tom lol
Hey Kong,
Appreciate your comment. Quick clarification on your mention of ‘get the price cheap.’
Cheapest price is one business strategy but in my opinion is one of the most difficult to take because someone will most likely always be able to beat you on price.
Finding the proper price point that corresponds with the value of your product and service plus what your target market is ready and willing to pay for it. This is a skill and requires much testing to find the correct price point that fits your target market and maximizes your profit potential.
I’ll touch on that more in upcoming blog posts, but wanted to share my feedback on that now to your comment.
Congratulations on starting to blog. There are many people who live a fantastic lifestyle as bloggers who provide value to a specific niche then offer congruent offers as an affiliate marketer then earn commissions when people buy from their affiliate URL.
If you have not joined PayDotCom and/or ClickBank yet, I highly recommend you do so immediately at: http://tombeal.com/paydotcom & http://tombeal.com/clickbank respectively.
From those marketplaces choose some top sellers that are congruent with your target market and in between providing value to your blog readers and write some reviews on those top selling products that can benefit your readers while using your affiliate URL.
Please Note: The FTC is creating some guidlines that may require bloggers who are affiliate marketers to disclose when they are using links that will earn them money or if they received products for free. Check out FTC.gov to learn more about that.

PS – The URL’s I posted above for PayDotCom and ClickBank are examples of me applying what i just taught you. They are my affiliate URL’s inside of a cloaking service which allow me to track the number of clicks plus hide my affiliate URL. If someone clicks on those URL’s and buy the special offer at PayDotCom I earn a small referral fee and it’s possible I will earn a small referral fee from ClickBank as well.
You can follow a similar model to what I just did here. Provide value, and offer solutions which may include affiliate offers that you earn commissions from.
